Shipping Charges & Fees

Our beer is all shipped fresh and direct from Australia's best craft breweries. Where possible we look to absorb the courier costs as much as possible in our pricing & use Australia Post for efficient delivery and quality handling.

We're all about supporting local & helping you access beers from independent breweries right across the country, that would normally be hard to get! So we've made our shipping prices reflect that mission....with flat rates to your destination So no matter how far away the brewery is, you'll still pay the same great rate.

Flat Rate Shipping Charges to destination

Metro Shipping is $11.95 per order
Regional Shipping is $16.95 per order
Country Shipping is $24.95 per box

For WA, charges are as follows:

Perth Metro is $16.95 per order
Regional or Country WA is $24.95 per order

There are some regions, such as the Northern Territory, that are inaccessible. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to some of these remote regions.

Accurate shipping charges will be calculated at check-out when you enter your shipping address.

Delivery Locations

Every delivery we make comes directly to you from the brewery where it was brewed (or sometimes their warehouse).

Breweries typically dispatch orders daily. As the location we deliver from changes, the amount of time to takes to get delivered can differ, but we provide tracking for all deliveries.

We use Australia Post to ensure you get your beers delivered super fresh and in the best possible condition. In most cases your beer should arrive within 2-3 working days from the day it was dispatched, when in the same State as the Brewery the beer is coming from. Expect 5-7 days if your beer is travelling interstate.

During busy shopping periods, in certain regions, we can expect delays. We apologies if you experience any delays: our team and the couriers are trying as hard as we can.

Tracking Your Beers

To track your beers, check the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your order has been dispatched from the brewery). Click on the tracking number which will take you through to the ‘track your parcel’ section with the relevant couriers. Click track and you will be able to check the delivery status of your beers.

Returns & Refunds

We know that you are going to love our super fresh beers. If you aren’t completely stoked with your super tasty beers, let us know and we’ll make things good: hugs@beerhug.com.au

Simply return your beers to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund you the value less the delivery costs. Please note that the postage and cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer or purchaser. All returns must be sent back via trackable courier only.

Delivery Hours

Our Liquor License allows us to sell beers around the clock, however we are restricted on the times that your beers can be delivered and also by the hours that our couriers & breweries operate. These are as follows;

Monday to Friday: 6am – 7pm (no weekend deliveries)
No deliveries Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day or 2nd January.

All orders must be placed by 12 noon 16th December.

We will be dispatching orders during the week however cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
