The name came to Nic after he had written the values for which he wanted this new brewery to stand for. Honesty, hospitality, humbleness, hardworking and ingenuity were all traits that were passed down to him from his grandmothers, Molly and Rose. As an homage to two impressive women and as a reminder to what we would stand for, the name stuck.
Molly Rose have made a name for themselves in beer circles for their sours, barrel-aged blends and subtle farmhouse style ales. More recently, there’s been a steady stream of new hop forward pale ales and IPAs appearing in their limited release in cans. With 10 different brews in this release, you’ll get the full ‘Brewery in a Box’ experience. Let’s Hug!
