Founded in 1999 by Paul and Tash Holgate, Holgate Brewhouse is a true pioneer of the Australian independent craft beer movement. What began as a passion project operating out of a backyard shed has evolved into a premier regional destination located within a historic 19th-century hotel in Woodend.
Situated just an hour from Melbourne in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, the venue is a must-visit destination to eat, drink, and stay.
